This Privacy Policy explains what information Nashva ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website and platform.

Account information — name, business name, email, phone, and login credentials.
Property and capacity data — room types, rates, rules, and the capacity you publish.
Transaction data — bookings, settlements, and related records (payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).
Usage and device data — pages visited, actions taken, IP address, and approximate location derived from it (used, for example, to show prices in your local currency).
Communications — messages you send us, including over WhatsApp.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the service, including publishing capacity and completing bookings.
To process payments through our payment provider and meter subscription usage.
To communicate with you about your account, bookings, and support.
To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the platform.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service: with booking channels and AI agents to make your capacity discoverable and bookable; with our payment provider to settle transactions; with infrastructure and communication providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and audit purposes. Our booking records are append-only for integrity; anonymised or aggregated data may be retained longer.

5. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including credential hashing and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at privacy@nashva.cloud.

7. International use

We may process data in countries other than yours. Where we do, we take steps to ensure appropriate protection.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
