Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026
Template notice: This document is a starting template and not legal advice. Before going live with real customers and payments, have it reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer for your registered entity and jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nashva ("Nashva", "we", "us"), a platform that helps businesses recover revenue from unsold, time-limited ("perishable") capacity by making it discoverable and bookable through third-party channels including AI booking agents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Nashva

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business ("Property") you register. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. What Nashva does

Nashva lets you publish capacity (such as unsold hotel room-nights), set rules including a minimum ("floor") price, and approve releases that are then offered through connected booking channels. When a booking is completed, payment is settled to you and Nashva records the transaction. Nashva is a technology provider; it is not a travel agent, tour operator, or the merchant of record for your bookings.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Fees

Nashva is offered on a subscription basis. Plan fees and what each plan includes are shown at sign-up and may be updated with reasonable notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are metered on recovered bookings that reach fulfilment. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue. Taxes may apply.

5. Payments

Booking payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and settled directly to your account. Nashva does not hold your funds. You are responsible for providing accurate settlement details and completing any verification the payment provider requires.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by publishing capacity you cannot honour, attempting to circumvent contention or authority controls, interfering with the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product evolves.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature survive (such as fees owed and liability limits) continue.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nashva excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
