Template notice: This document is a starting template and not legal advice. Before going live with real customers and payments, have it reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer for your registered entity and jurisdiction.

Subscription fees

Nashva subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan you select. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and a free trial lets you evaluate the service before any charge.

Guest bookings and cancellations

Refunds for a guest booking are governed by the cancellation policy set by the property for that booking, which is shown to the guest at the time of booking. Nashva enforces the policy the property configured; it does not set refund amounts on the property's behalf. Because payment is settled directly to the property, any approved guest refund is issued through the same channel.

How to request

Subscription questions: billing@nashva.cloud. For a guest booking, the property's cancellation policy shown at booking applies.

This page describes standard practice and will be finalised alongside your payment provider's requirements and local consumer law before real-money launch.
